Here I’ve answered the most common questions about sessions, booking, and everything you might want to know before we work together.

1. How do I book a session with you?

It’s simple! Just send me an inquiry using the contact form on my website or message me on social media. To lock in your spot, you’ll need to sign a contract and pay a 50% retainer fee, which will go toward your total session cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot. For package options, session duration, and the number of photos, check out the “Investment” tab on my website!

2. Do you travel for sessions?

Absolutely! I’m based in Castle Rock, Colorado, but I’m always up for an adventure! Whether you’re dreaming of a session in the mountains, a cozy in-home shoot, or a stunning city backdrop, I’d love to bring your vision to life. If your session is more than 30 miles away - a travel fee will apply. Let’s chat and make it happen!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I totally understand that things come up! If you need to cancel, please note that all payments, including the retainer, are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, just let me know at least three days before your session, and we can find a new date. If we need to reschedule due to weather or something unexpected, I’ll work with you to find a suitable time.

4. What are the deliverables after my session?

After your session, you’ll receive a digital gallery with high-resolution, professionally edited images. The number of photos depends on the package you choose, which you can view in the “Investment” tab. I don’t deliver RAW files, as I focus on providing polished images that reflect my style and your vision.

5. Can I request a specific photo style?

Trust the process! You booked me because you love my work, right? I’ll use my creativity to create something amazing - but I’d love to see your inspo too! Share any ideas you have, and we’ll make magic happen.

6. What if I want to keep some photos private?

No problem! If you'd like to keep your photos private, just make sure to include it in the contract when booking your session. Let me know, and I’ll ensure your preferences are respected. Your comfort and privacy are important to me!

7. Do you help with outfit selection, posing, and choosing locations?

Absolutely! I’m here to make it easy and fun! After we sign the contract, we’ll go over all the details - outfits, location, vibe. I’ll help you with everything so you don’t have to stress about it at all.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Photo delivery time depends on the contract details, typically ranging from 2 to 3 weeks. You’ll receive them via a private online gallery available for download for 60 days.

7. Which package should I choose?

If you’re not sure which package is the best fit, don’t worry—I’m happy to help! Just tell me your vision, what kind of session you’re planning, and what you’re hoping to get out of it, and I’ll guide you toward the right option. All family, maternity, and engagement sessions are booked as full sessions to give us enough time and flexibility. Mini sessions are only offered for kids’ milestones, senior, and portraits

8. Can we do a studio session?

Yes, absolutely! I don’t own my own studio, but I can offer you a variety of beautiful studio options depending on the look and vibe you’re going for. Whether you want something minimal, bright, or more styled, I’ll help you choose the right space. Studio sessions are totally possible and a great option year-round—just keep in mind there is an additional $100 studio fee to cover the rental.

9. When is the best time to schedule a session?

For outdoor sessions, the best time is usually around sunset (golden hour) when the light is soft, warm, and gives that dreamy look I’m known for. The exact timing depends on the season, and I’ll always guide you on the best start time for your session. If you’re booking a studio session, we have much more flexibility and can schedule earlier in the day as well, depending on what works best for you.

10. Can I order prints?

Yes, of course! Once you receive your gallery, you’ll have access to a built-in print store where you can easily order prints, photo books, and other products directly from your images. Everything is designed to be simple and high quality. If you need help choosing sizes, products, or what would look best, I’ll be more than happy to guide you!
